TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

  • Thank you for commissioning me! :)

  • For commercial usage, please refer to my commercial terms here.

  • Please ensure you are ready to provide me with at minimum references to: Pose, Character/OC Design and Clothing style.

  • For each of these 3 categories of reference not provided, an additional $10 USD will be added to the total cost of the commission.

  • Prices are non-negotiable, except lowering details of the illustration

  • For payment, you will be sent a Paypal invoice for 10% of total cost to confirm your spot in the queue, the remaining 90% is due upon starting your commission (100% one time payment is also acceptable). Additionally the client is responsible for paying the Paypal transaction fee for each transaction. Both payments are requested to be paid within 10 days or the commission may be canceled.

  • Payments are to be through PAYPAL ONLY.

  • After accepting your commission, an initial sketch will be provided within 3 business days from your agreed date slot in which you will be able to edit up to 3 times. Any more edits past that time or after the sketch stage will incur an additional charge. Cost of additional edits will vary upon complexity.

  • Time of completion for each commission will also vary upon the amount of details requested in the brief, after agreed slot date.

  • Works will be delivered via email and Google Drive.

  • Original PSD files will not be provided by default except commercial commissions. If original files are requested, an additional $100 USD will be charged.

Licensing Information

I retain all usage rights and licenses on non-commercial commissions accepted and completed for clients. This means that your commission may be used for publishing, for portfolio purposes and being used on merchandise.

Cancellation

  • 10% of the total cost (to queue commission) WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

  • Cancellation after work has been started WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

  • I have to right to cancel a commission, if the client does not pay within the agreed time period

  • I have the right to reject any submission that do not follow my terms or match my specialty/skills

TWITCH EMOTES

Fully Rendered emotes with included necessary sizes ready to upload to twitch!

  • $30 per emote

  • $150 per x6 set

Completion time: 3-7 Days*

Extra Characters will cost an additional charge equal to the price of one drawing per extra character

*Completion time represents time after the initial sketch is confirmed and agreed, refer here for more info. Completion time may also vary depending on complexity of the commission

COMMERCIAL INFORMATION

Disclaimer: For commercial work, I exclusively work with Bishoujo Complex for the NA region. Any requests from brands/vendors within the NA region must acknowledge that all commercial usage commissions must only be considered collabs with Bishoujo Complex after discussion.

Thank you for considering me for a commission for your brand! The price of commercial usage is generally 2x the cost of non-commercial commissions. This is negotiable depending on the specific requirements. I am also open to royalty based payments per sale upon providing sales figures from the inquiring brand/vendor. If you are requesting licensing of an illustration that has already been completed please contact me at my email [email protected] to discuss options regarding those pieces. Other brands/vendors completed commercial usage illustrations may only be used after further discussion with the license holding brand.

ORDERING INFORMATION

Submission

  • To inquire about a commission, please email me at [email protected] with a full briefing with as much detail as possible. Please title your email as “Commission inquiry” along with your Name/Alias so that I will be able to keep track of it.

  • Twitter DM (@Gxntai) also acceptable

  • After initial payment has been made, you acknowledge that you fully understood and agreed to all terms and conditions this document has.

Briefing

Your briefing should include the following information where relevant:

  • Illustration Type: Sketch / Full Render / Twitch Emote

  • Scale: Bust / Half-Body / Full-Body / (Not needed for Twitch Emote)

  • References: The more references the better! This allows me to draw more efficiently and may mean a faster outcome for your commission. Please include references for things such as Pose, Character Design, Clothing style, etc. These can be attached within the email or a link to an album of references.

  • Other Details: No. of Characters, specific / additional details you would like me to consider, emote expression

  • Background: None / Minimal / Classic (Full Render Only)

  • Size: pixels / inches, dpi (default 300) If Applicable

  • Request Original file: Yes / No

  • Email for Payment: PAYPAL Email only

Process

  • I will reply to your email inquiry with an available date slot and tailored price according to your brief as soon as I’m available, please read through and confirm to proceed to the next step.

  • Please ensure to provide me with, at minimum references for: Pose, Character/OC design and Clothing style. For each of these 3 categories of reference not provided, an additional $10 USD will be added to the total cost of the commission. This is due to me having to find references myself and thus taking more time to finish the commission, the more references the better!

  • Once agreed, I will send a paypal invoice for the first 10% of the total cost in order to queue your commission, the other 90% is due upon starting the commission (i.e. the available time slot). Additionally, the client is responsible for paying the paypal transaction fee for each transaction. Please pay both within 10 days or your commission may be canceled.

  • One time 100% payment is also acceptable

  • After accepting your commission, I will provide you with a sketch of your commission within 3 business days from your available date slot in which you may edit up to 3 times before moving on to rendering.

  • Any major edits needed after the sketch phase or after 3 edits will incur an extra charge. Small edit details do not count during the sketch phase. Cost of additional edits vary depending on the complexity of changes.

  • Time of completion will vary depending on the amount of details discussed and type of illustration requested.

  • Completed works will be delivered via email and Google Drive.
